I don’t think there’s any principal behind it, though. “Political correctness” is a coded phrase insult that rightists use to try and paint more liberal people as fuzzy-thinking naifs at best and narrow-minded anarchists at worst. It’s more often an ad hominem attack than an argument.

I still see that people don’t understand racism, prejudice and bigotry. You cannot have racism without the latter two adjectives. They are what create the sentiments to think that one race is better or more deserving of anything in life, or the lack thereof. Can minorities be prejudice or bigoted in their views? Read more
