In a new Quinnipiac poll released today, Joe Biden had the largest positive approval rating (+10) out of any candidate. The worst? New York City mayor and apparent ska fan Bill de Blasio, of whom just 8 percent of voters said they approved and 45 percent disapproved. Poor Bill.
