Marco Rubio Is Tweeting Through It

At a CNN town hall on Wednesday night, Marco Rubio got dunked on time and time again by Florida high school students and parents who pressed him about where he stands on gun control. Despite being asked repeatedly, Rubio refused to say he would support a ban on assault weapons or that he would stop accepting money from the National Rifle Association.

But despite the epic shame of being exposed as a garbage human being, Rubio has decided to tweet through it in an effort to reclaim the narrative:

Of course, if Rubio was serious about figuring out better ways to fix these problems, he wouldn’t be deflecting what should be easy questions. But we all know whose pocket he’s in.
