Roots Action, a left-wing group founded in 2011, has a new report naming 15 centrist Democrats who “deserve to be primaried.” Among the ranks is DCCC chair Rep. Cheri Bustos, as well as Reps. Eliot Engel, Dan Lipinski, and Henry Cuellar, all of whom already have primary challengers.
